Me and few of the lads are taking part in this years Mud n Madness as a tribute to my beloved sister Helen who was given amazing support by the Saint Francis Hospice team during her illness. 'Mud N Madness' is a mud crawling, heart pounding, adrenaline bursting, mind challenging, obstacle crazy event that will push you to your limits. 7.5km doesn't sound like much of a challenge, does it... but don't be fooled this is a really tough event - all competitors will deserve their medals.Updates
